Mondial Relay pickup point IDs are six-digit numbers, which may sometimes be preceded by zeros. Since the beginning, we have been removing the zeros, but from , we will be returning the IDs in their original form, with zeros included.

In some cases, the pickup point selection was not appearing on the thank you page. This issue has been resolved.

We increased the number of visible pickup points from 30 to 50 for carrier integrations not requiring credentials. This makes it easier to select the correct pickup points in dense areas of larger cities.

We are pleased to announce that we have completed the migration of our mission-critical application components to a new infrastructure powered by Cloudflare Edge. This upgrade will enhance the loading speed of pickup points and enable us to handle any amount of traffic effortlessly. We have worked diligently for several weeks to bring you this improved experience, and we are excited to see it in action.

We added integration with Bpost (Belgian Post). Currently, it is available in Belgium, Netherlands, and France!

We make pickup points management easier. Now instead of creating each pickup point rate for each shipping method, you can assign them all to a single pickup point rate.
